Carter Hospitality Solutions was founded by cousins Jimmy Carter and Ben Carter to support food operations through changes in leadership.
For Jimmy and Ben Carter, the culinary world is part of the family. Chef Robert Carter—Jimmy’s uncle and Ben’s father—helped shape their understanding of what it means to be a chef: maintain professionalism, strive for excellence, and invest in the people beside you. Larger than life, Robert loved cooking and bringing people together. His influence remains part of how they approach their work.
As Jimmy and Ben built their own careers, they experienced the pressure staffing gaps place on kitchens and the teams keeping them running. They created Carter Hospitality Solutions to offer practical support: experienced culinary professionals who can step into temporary roles while an operation finds its long-term solution.
